Vance lives in Reno, Nv with his wife Denise and son Ryan along with their golden retriever and psycho kitty. Before moving to Reno Vance and Denise spend 20+ years in the Lake Tahoe area skiing, windsurfing and working. Now the whole family has taken up kiteboarding, except for the dog and cat.
